 Many insurance companies will cover 40% to 75% of my fee. You may contact your insurance company for specific details of your coverage. You EAP may or may not have a copayment due at time of service.

You are going to use a third party to help pay for your treatment. So please keep in mind that information may be shared with them including a mental health diagnosis in most cases to receive benefits.
